A full body circuit session aimed at moving you through all movement patterns and body parts. Using only your body weight so no need for equipment. Adaptations given for all exercises so get the family involved!

 

MOBILITY

The best way to re engage the body and stretch key areas. This 30 minute class is a full body weight class with no equipment. Be prepared to feel as loose as a goose!
